How do I order?

Submit an order via our Order page. We will then contact you via email with the official pro forma order and instructions of how to pay. 

Our order processing hours are between 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (GMT+1) Monday to Friday.

Can hampers be delivered abroad?

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver outside of Mainland UK.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free.

When will my hamper be delivered?

We will begin delivering hampers from Monday 19th November 2018 and will notify you when your hamper has been dispatched.

Hampers are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. Unfortunately we can't guarantee exact delivery times. We will always make three attempts to deliver and may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour to ensure it reaches you.

When is the latest I can order a hamper for Christmas?

The last date orders can be placed to arrive by Christmas is Monday 10th December 2018.

How do I know what is included in the hamper?

All products included in the hamper are listed in Hamper Contents.

Do any of the hamper products contain any allergens?

Yes, some of our products contain eggs, nuts, milk, mustard or gluten.

All product specific allergens are listed in Hamper Contents.

Where are the hamper items sourced from?

Our suppliers are primarily based in France, however, some items have been sourced in the UK.

Will the Hamper Contents I receive be exactly as listed on your site?

We will always endeavour to deliver what you order, but on rare occasions out of our control, such as delayed shipment of goods from our suppliers, we may have to substitute items within the hamper with those of equal or greater value. 

What if the hamper is no longer available?

If we're unable to dispatch your order, we will contact you and let you know and offer a suitable replacement or refund.

How long will the contents be suitable for eating?

Our hamper contains items suitable for eating for quite some time after they've been delivered. The stated Best Before End date will always refer to the product with the earliest date and isn't indicative of every item within the hamper.
